The Story of Hoang’s Passion

Hi, I'm Hang Hoang, currently living and working in Canberra, the peaceful capital city of Australia. Like many other patriots, I constantly yearn to stay connected with my homeland. I firmly believe that sharing knowledge and happiness amplifies our power, and what comes from the heart touches the heart.

In this remote mountainous rural area of Vietnam, books opened new horizons for me, fuelling dreams that led me to Switzerland and Australia through full scholarships for master’s and doctoral programs. Special thanks to my amazing professors, mentors, friends, and loving family for their incredible support on this wonderful journey. Education has transformed my life, and now, I want to share that fortune with you and future generations. It offers unique courses packed with valuable lessons and knowledge learned during the last decade.  The courses are two initiative programs, MBA Kids, and Passion Discovery focus on creativity and innovation in our rapidly advancing era of technology. 

MBA Kids Program: Imagine a world without visionary figures like Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg. These tech pioneers started young, from humble beginnings from their garages and storehouses, transforming their dreams into global empires. Elon Musk, for instance, combined his deep understanding of economics and science from a young age to become a leader in his field. With the ambition to nurture exceptional talents like them, MBA Kids was created to inspire young minds in economics, finance, growth mindsets and entrepreneurship to become future talented leaders.

Designed for children aged 8 to 12 years old, MBA Kids provides a solid life skills foundation including economic and financial literacy, personal development, and critical thinking. These skills are necessary for success in any profession and essential for future leaders. We aim to create an engaging international learning environment where children can explore, learn, and develop creativity independence and innovative thoughts.

Key Skills in MBA Kids:

1. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Analysing situations and developing solutions, such as how Steve Jobs revolutionised technology with innovative thinking.
2. Financial Knowledge: Managing money, saving, and investing, inspired by Warren Buffett’s early interest in finance that led to his success.
3. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Principles and skills of entrepreneurship, fostering the next generation of leaders like Mark Zuckerberg.
4. Leadership and Teamwork: Leadership and effective collaboration skills, mirroring how Jeff Bezos built Amazon from scratch.
5. Personal Development: Self-awareness, goal setting, and discipline, qualities seen in Oprah Winfrey’s journey to success.
6. Creativity: Encouraging innovation and imagination, much like how J.K. Rowling’s creativity brought Harry Potter to life.

Passion Discovery and Writing:

Exploring and writing about passion is not just about recording emotions, it's a journey of self-exploration, self-love and self development. For example, J.K. Rowling created an iconic work during a dark period of her life, transforming her struggles into a world-renowned Harry Potter series. Similarly, Taylor Swift discovered her passion for music at a young age and pursued it relentlessly with the unwavering support of her parents. Swift transformed from a country music artist into a global megastar pop icon, illustrating the power of finding and following one's passion.

Like Rowling and Swift, our program encourages self-discovery through writing. Overwhelming with our busy schedules, we often forget to nurture our souls, but heartfelt writing remains timeless, becoming a precious legacy for future generations. Combining economic principles with passion research, strategic thinking, and creative storytelling, the Passion Discovery Writing help transform passion into feasible and actionable plans. It encourages participants in writing books, enhancing personal profiles, developing careers, or creating passive income through publishing.
